Labat Grange was designed and renovated with holidays in mind. We've all been on holidays where there weren't enough showers or wcs, where the hot water ran out all the time, where there wasn't enough crockery or kitchen equipment, or where there wasn't enough space. We've created this house with your holiday as our prime concern. In a way, the hardest part was already done - the enviroment, there wasn't really much we could do to improve on the five acres of unspoilt French countryside, except perhaps to create a family friendly outside dining and pool area.

kitchen

  The modern kitchen is fully equipped with   dishwasher, fridge freezer, gas hob, eye level oven and everything that you need to cook proper meals during your stay if that's what you choose to do.  

   With plenty of crockery and cutlery, you won't have to wait for the dishwasher to finish or do the washingup before you can sit down for dinner.



bedroom 1

  The house has four spacious, well furnished bedrooms, two double and two twin. All the bedrooms have large luxurious fully tiled ensuite shower rooms with wcs and washbasins - a real bonus when there are lots of people staying.

  There is an endless supply of hot water, so no problems if everyone wants a shower.




living area

  The large open plan living area has ample seating for 8 to 10 people and is equipped with flat screen TV, dvd player, cd player, English language and French television, a selection of books, dvds, cds and boardgames.

  For winter holidays, there is a lovely woodburning stove to keep the place nice and cosy.
