On the ground floor:
- Through the huge door opening into a double height living space with exposed beams.
- Steps lead up to a modern, fully equipped, fitted kitchen.
- A double bedroom with ensuite wc/shower room with door to external sitting out area.
- A twin bedroom with ensuite wc/shower room.
- A laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor:
- A double bedroom with ensuite wc/shower room
- A twin bedroom with ensuite wc/shower room.
Exterior
- Swimming pool 5mx10m
- Sitting out area with barbeque
- 5 acres of grounds with wood and orchard
- Table tennis and petanque
Chambres d'Hotes
During the off-peak period, the rooms at Labat Grange are available as Chambres d'Hotes (Bed and Breakfast).
All rooms are en-suite and equipped with television and tea-making facilities. A continental breakfast is provided in
the dining area or can be brought to the rooms on request. An evening meal can also be provided if required. Please ask
for a menu on arrival.
