Peak Season     July/August        £1,150 per week

Low Season      October - May       £550 per week

The price includes bed linen, towels excluding pool towels and electricity. There is an additional heating charge for winter lets.

A welcome pack is provided on arrival.

Changeover is on a Saturday. The property will be made available for incoming guests from 4pm on the day of arrival. Guests are asked to vacate by 10am on the day of departure. There may be some flexibility over changeover days during the low season.

To book Labat Grange, please e-mail clive and Sarah to request a booking form, either by post or by e-mail. Complete the form and return it with a deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost to the address shown on the contact page. Unless you are booking within 8 weeks of the start date of the holiday in which case complete payment is required on booking.

If the booking was made more than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, the balance of the holiday cost is required 8 weeks before the start of the holiday.

The deposit is non-returnable in the event of you having to cancel your holiday, we therefore strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance to cover this eventuality.

A £150 damage deposit is requested at the beginning of the holiday, this is to cover any damage caused during your stay. This will be returned 10 days after the end of your holiday less any deductions for damage. The deposit also covers our insurance excess in the event of more serious damage to the property.

We expect the property to be left in a clean and tidy condition, we reserve the right to deduct a sum from the damage deposit to cover additional cleaning if the property is not left in a satisfactory condition.
